• Manufacturing: Food-safe daily ceramic products (tableware, kitchenware, elevated ceramic cat bowl sets, pet bowls) meeting global safety standards.
• Sales & Distribution: Wholesale, online retail, and cross-border sales of kitchenware, daily necessities, and pet supplies to North America, Europe, and international markets.
• Compliance: All products are non-toxic, food-safe, and meet safety standards for human and pet use; no counterfeit, infringing, or restricted goods.

3. Order & Pricing Transparency

• Price Accuracy: All prices listed on the Site are final, clear, and include all mandatory charges (where applicable); no hidden fees, surprise taxes, or undisclosed shipping costs at checkout. Prices are stated in the listed currency and match GMC feed data.
• No Misleading Promotions: We do not use false discounts, fake countdowns, or misleading “limited stock” claims. Promotions (if any) clearly state start/end dates, eligible products, and full terms.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after we receive full payment or issue a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders for invalid payment, incorrect pricing, or stock shortages.

• Shipping Regions: We ship to North America, Europe, and other confirmed international markets. Exact eligible countries are listed at checkout.
• Handling & Transit Times: Processing time (1–3 business days) and estimated transit time (7–25 business days, depending on destination) are clearly displayed; times match GMC account settings.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method; no hidden shipping fees.
• Customs & Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees in the destination country; we provide accurate customs documentation.
• Delivery Risks: Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon carrier delivery confirmation. Delays due to force majeure, customs, logistics failures, or incorrect buyer information are not our liability.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: 30 calendar days from delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Defective/incorrect items qualify for full resolution; buyer’s remorse returns are subject to restocking and return shipping fees.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Return Shipping: Defective/incorrect orders: we cover return shipping. Buyer’s remorse: buyer covers return shipping. No false “free return” claims.
• Return Address: Valid return instructions and address are provided upon return request (no fake or invalid addresses).

• To provide true, accurate, complete registration and shipping information.
• To use products/services lawfully and not violate laws or third-party rights.
• To pay full order amount and associated fees.
• Not to copy, distribute, or misuse Site content (text, images, designs) without written permission.
