2. Return Window


We accept returns for 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery to the customer’s address, in full compliance with GMC’s minimum 30-day return requirement.

3. Eligibility for Returns


3.1 Eligible Returns


  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Products received damaged, defective, not as described, or incorrect items shipped by our error. Full return eligibility.
  • Unused/Unopened Items: Products returned in original, unused, undamaged condition with complete original packaging, labels, tags, and all included accessories (e.g., ceramic bowl sets, brackets, instructions).

3.2 Non-Eligible Returns


Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, modified, or damaged products
  • Products with missing original packaging, labels, or accessories
  • Customized or personalized ceramic products
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Final sale items

4. Return Shipping Responsibility


4.1 Defective/Incorrect Orders (Our Error)


  • We cover 100% of return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping fees upon receipt of the item.

4.2 Buyer’s Remorse Returns (Non-Defective)


  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Return Process


  1. Initiate Request: Contact our support team at support@bclaim.us within 30 days of delivery. Include:
    • Order number, full name, delivery address
    • Photos/videos of product, packaging, and defects
    • Reason for return

  2. Approval: We will review and approve/deny returns within 2 business days.
  3. Return Instructions: Approved returns receive detailed instructions and valid return address (no fake/invalid addresses).
  4. Ship Return: Send items within 7 days of approval with tracking. Retain tracking number.
  5. Inspection: We inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt.
  6. Resolution: Refund or replacement processed upon successful inspection.

6. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days of inspection and confirmation.
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

6.2 Refund Amounts


  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Full refund (product price + original shipping cost) + free return shipping.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Refund of product price minus return shipping cost. Original shipping non-refundable.
  • Promotions/Discounts: Refund based on actual amount paid (after discounts).

6.3 Exchange Option


Exchanges for same-product replacements are available for defective items. We cover exchange shipping costs.

7. International Returns


  • We accept international returns from North America, Europe, and all markets we ship to.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, customs, duties, and import fees for buyer’s remorse returns.
